How to find out more

The story will be worth recording for it's own sake.  But, at the same time, the book - in print, on CD and on your website -  will serve useful functions for the organisation.  It will be objective, entertaining and informative.  It will demonstrate why the company is a rewarding and reliable organisation to trade with and to work for.

Target audiences for the book may include some or all of the following groups:

s Employees and potential employees - Why the Company is a good to work for in terms of career prospects and job satisfaction; encouraging a sense of pride and identification with the achievements of the Company.
s Existing and potential customers  -  Why they can depend on the quality, value for money and reliability of the Company and its products and services.
s Shareholders, or potential investors, or lenders  -  Why the Company  represents a reliable and profitable investment.
s Opinion formers  -  For authoritative and easily assimilable background information as a basis for responsible news coverage and features.
s National and regional government  -  For the Company's contribution to the national and local economy and the community.
s Schools and colleges  -  For stimulating information - often for project work - about the firm and its industry and how they offer interesting and rewarding careers.
s The community at large, nationally and locally  -  For the Company's contribution to the economy and good community causes such as education, social welfare, sport and the environment.
